Hey HR teams, it’s time to lighten up! You’re no longer the complaint department, and it’s time to inject some humor into your daily routine.
Want to discover how humor can help you be a better leader?
Join Namely and General Atlantic Professor Dr. Jennifer Aaker from Stanford GSB as she discusses the power of humor and how you can harness it as a leader to disarm, encourage bold actions, and give other people courage to do the same.
Attendees will learn:
• Why humor is a super weapon in HR, business, and life
• Our misperceptions of humor, and how to harness humor in authentic, effective ways.
• How to use humor to persuade and motivate others, and foster cultures where levity and creativity can thrive.
