With an extensive history of experience in both the HR and PEO industries, Neva serves as Namely’s Strategic Account Manager at Mineral. When she’s not partnering with the team on ways to provide the most comprehensive HR and compliance solutions to users, she can usually be found planning her next family travel adventure or toiling away on a new home improvement project.

Ryan Murphy, Customer Success Team Lead
Ryan is in his 5th year with Mineral, and is currently the Team Lead of Mineral’s Enterprise Success department. He specializes in educating Mineral’s Partners and their Clients on the invaluable resources available through the Mineral platform.
He is a Virgo, loves dogs, fine wine, and long walks on the beach.
Erin Covington, Client Account Executive
Erin has been in the HRIS industry for over 17 years. In her current role as Client Account Executive, she builds partnerships with Namely's customers and matches them with solutions to build a better workplace.
She has two kids, 4 dogs, and enjoys practicing martial arts and reading in her spare time.
